When the break-down China that is under the control of two thousand years old of the feudal autocratic system is facing the progress of the word, an in creasing number of open-minded reformers awake gradually. In order to save crisis, we must open our minds and learn from the western. Not only did we learn advanced technology, but also we learn the methods of managing the country.From the Westernization Movement, early constitutional monarchy reformists came up with "share the common master" to the reformists put forward "Two element system", aiming to explore the development of China. As the society became worse and worse, the representative of national bourgeoisie constitutionalists came into being, they began to dream of the road to build parliamentary system constitutional monarchy. Before Wuchang Uprising, constitutional monarchy reformists advocated the idea of democratic constitutionalism and promote provincial assembly and the advisory council, which is played a fundamental role in ideological publicity. Finally the Railway Project Crisis May1911caused the blasting fuse of Revolution of1911, which is played an important part in it. After Wuchang Uprising, to overthrow the rule of Qing Dynasty and cooperate with the revolutionaries and make contributions to the victory of Revolution of1911.Due to the limpness and compromise of the bourgeoisie, politicize went to distort after Revolution of1911, which helps Yuan Shikai filched the fruits of the Revolution of1911.Analyzing the problem in a dialectical way, the positive influence is more than the one in negative from the role of constitutionalists in Revolution of1911.The development of reformism’s road is of use to the current construction of our country to some degree. In view of the imperfect political system of our country, we should take history as a mirror and do some research in our national conditions carefully and make the country rich and people strong at last.
