Study On The Ethical Value Of Public Decision-making

Public decision-making are increasingly becoming an important problem of contemporaryadministrative management， have been paid much attention by academics and decision-making practicedepartment. Based on the ethical theory and practice problem facing public decision-making as thebreakthrough point， to multidimensional value analysis for public decision-making as the background，study the ethical value of the public decision-making problem. Value problem is closely related to thematter of fact， therefore， the ethical value of the public decision-making analysis， must be for publicdecision-making is based on analysis and research on the basis of facts. Public decision-making objectivelyexist in a number of different values， and the decision making process in the main body of different valuedemands， value trade-offs between such and such contradictions and conflicts inevitably， face differentvalue choice. Public decision-making is the core issue of value choice. Therefore， through the research ofthe ethical value of the public decision-making， decision-making in the process of exploring publicdecision-making value target selection principle and method， and value goal of ethical path of publicdecision， it has very important theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper， an introduction to the first chapter， mainly is the status of public decision-making andits ethical value problem at home and abroad were reviewed. The existing research of publicdecision-making， scholars both at home and abroad has paved the way for the research of this paper. Butfrom the point of the research purpose， the existing research results and rarely hit the value of the publicdecision-making problem， a little to the problem of public decision-making ethical value system isexplored.The second chapter on the public decision after reviewing briefly the history of the development， thepaper mainly discusses the faces in the process of public decision-making theory and the practice question.Lack of the responsibility of the public decision-making of ethical risks，lack of impartiality of the price ofthe practical problems， as well as the maximization of individual interests will go into details here. The third chapter on the public decision-making political value， economic value and social valuebased on the analysis of the multi-dimensional value， for the further study of the ethical values for publicdecision-making. This chapter will focus on through the analysis of the general theory about the relationbetween value with the facts， to explore the public decision-making process of ethics value and ethicsrelations， for public decision-making philosophy foundation for research of ethical values.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter discuses the selection and value goal to realize the value ofpublic decision-making. The objective existence of the multi-dimensional value and value conflict，determines the main body in the process of public decision-making is faced with many choices. The focusof this chapter is to provide public decision-making value choice of principle and method， explore thetheory of the realization of the value target was determined path problem， in order to provide publicdecision-making practice philosophy methodology principle.
