Purpose:The thesis is designed to explore the vocational values, career decision making self-efficacy and self consistency and congruence of vocational college graduates in the hope of promoting their employment, in particularly, offering support for their academic work, employment and psychological health.Methods:A convenient sampling method in selecting a vocational high school vocational students in school subjects500, with "vocational values scale"、"college career decision making self-efficacy scale" and "self consistency and congruence scale (SCCS)"as a research tool, using SPSS15.0to analyze data on the present state and relationship between the vocational values, career decision making self-efficacy and self consistency and congruence of vocational college students.Results:(1) Vocational students on the professional values of the degree of concern in descending order are:developmental factors, prestige and protection factors.(2) Different demographic variables on vocational students’professional values exist to a certain extent. Among boys in the protection factor scored significantly lower than girls (p<0.001). Factor in the reputation of the final year students scored significantly lower on the non-graduating students (p<0.05). Rural students in the protection factor scored significantly lower on urban students (p<0.05). Different professional disciplines in the protection factor is significance (p<0.01). The score in the prestigious position of Student leaders is higher (p<0.01). Students who have practical experience in social protection factor and self-development scored significantly higher on the practical experience of the students have no social (p<0.01).(3) CDMSE for vocational students,their confidence levels on each factor in descending order are:self-concept, self-evaluation, social support, school performance, career information gathering and goal setting.(4) Different demographic variables on vocational students CDMSE certain extent. Among boys self-evaluation scored significantly higher than girls (p<0.01), and school performance scored significantly lower than girls (p<0.001). Graduating students in career information collection scored significantly higher on non-graduating students (p<0.01). Different professional disciplines students self-evaluation, career information, school performance goal setting and overall CDMSE, there are significant differences (p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001).(5) Vocational students showed a normal distribution, and their self-harmony, self and experience disharmony and self-flexibility were significantly better than the normal university Students (p<0.01, p<0.001).(6) Different demographic variables on vocational students’ self-harmony exist to a certain extent. Self and experience among boys discordant and self-stereotyped sex scored significantly higher than girls (p<0.05). Students who have experienced social practice and experience in self-discordant and overall self-harmony scored significantly lower on the practical experience of the students did not (p<0.05, p<0.01). Students of different professional disciplines and experience in self-discordant and self-stereotyped sex, there are significant differences (p<0.05, p<0.01).(7) vocational students professional values, career self-efficacy and harmony between the most significant correlation (r=-.112~.463; p<0.05, p<0.01). Professional values, CDMSE affect vocational students’ self-harmony, in which prestige, self-concept and self-evaluation of self-harmony significant predictors.Conclusion:Vocational students on the professional values of the degree of concern is the development of factors in descending order, prestige and protection factors. CDMSE for vocational students, their confidence levels on each factor in descending order are:self-concept, self-evaluation, social support, school performance, career information gathering and goal setting. Vocational students self-harmony was normal, the overall level of development of self-harmony has improved significantly. Values over vocational, career self-efficacy and demographic variables in harmony there is a certain group differences. Values over vocational, career efficacy were significantly associated with self-harmony. Professional values, CDMSE and self-harmony for vocational students have a significant predictor.
