With the rapid development of economy, the problem of food and clothing of most parts has been sovled, so people pay more attention to mental health, and their own inner world to pursue the real happiness and joy. However, negative emotion is influence us state of mental, and Loneliness is one of the negative emotion. People who experience deeply in loneliness often feel frustrated, sad at the same time, which not only affects their mental health, but also causes some physiological and behavioral problems. Therefore, it is necessary to study loneliness, in order to find out its causes and reasonable intervention methods. Most studies of loneliness in recent years were focused on the college students or young children, however, studies about teenagers were inadequate. This study uses high school students as subjects, exploring the relationship between loneliness and self-esteem, narcissism, in order to provide certain references to adolescents’ mental health development.This study uses435teenagers as subjects, using Adolescent Loneliness Questionnaire, Narcissistic Personality Questionnaire and the SES, aimed at exploring the relationship between overt narcissism and loneliness, covert narcissism and loneliness, and the mediation effect mechanism of self-esteem between narcissism and loneliness.The result showed that,(1) The high school student’s overt narcissism, covert narcissism and self-esteem has a significant relationship with loneliness;(2) self-esteem plays a fully meditation effect in overt narcissism and loneliness, and plays a partial relationship with covert narcissism and loneliness.
