"Language cannot be separated from culture, social inherited practices and beliefs." This shows the close relationship between language and culture. Learning a language well, we must also understand the language related to cultural background. With the development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language teaching career in our country, the teaching of Chinese to foreigners and foreign Chinese culture teaching, foreign language teaching materials in the new era and a new background have higher requirements. When in teaching Chinese as a foreign language cultural teaching consciousness from unconsciousness to consciousness gradually, relying on the language class teaching material culture has become one of the main factors for the success of teaching materials. Now the "Outline" has not yet been introduced Chinese culture to foreigners, the cultural teaching is still not systematic and complete theoretical system to guide and support. No clear definition and scope for setting the cascade of cultural factors in the early, high levels of teaching materials. Given the importance of teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and the study, this paper will be graded on Chinese cultural factors in foreign language teaching materials to analyze and study.This paper collects a large number of data in basic research China cultural factors of foreign Chinese teaching material, a more comprehensive understanding of the status of the research and the existing problems. And find that according to the foreign language teaching materials and other foreign language teaching materials to the relationship of language and culture gradient through statistics and analysis, and then sums up the relationship between the two, and according to the relationship between the discussion on how to more effectively carry out culture teaching in TCFL in different language gradient is less. Therefore, this paper will choose the nine textbooks of "Boya Chinese" which published by Peking University press as example,in which mining and exhaustive analysis of the cultural factors about vocabulary, grammar, text and other aspects of finishing are involved. And the paper obtains the statistical quantity and proportion of each kind of situation, in which the data chart is listed in order to summarize the characteristics of relationship between language and culture and the gradient in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
