Hu Yigui,also may be known by the pseudonym,Shuanghu xian sheng,his main achievement in his life was writing, he was one of the most famous Neo confucianism representative figure of the late Song and Yuan Dynasties.Hu Yigui was influenced by his home thought,so he was concerned about the thought of Zhu Xi,His father Hu Fangping was Zhu Xi’s successor,Hu Yigui inherited his father’s thought of Yi-ology.On the base of Yi Xue Qi Meng Tong Shi,Hu Yigui writed some books,such as Zhou Yi Qi Meng Yi Zhuan and Zhou Yi Ben Yi Fu Lu Zuan Zhu. With the prosperity of Xinan Neo-confucianism,Hu Yigui’s Yi-ology had been concerned by many scholars,the research adout Hu Yigui’s thought was increasing, In addition to devoted himself to the study of Yi,Hu Yigui also made great contributions in the field of history,His most powerful representative was Shi Qi Shi Zuan Gu Jin Tong Yao.This book starts at three sovereigns,end in Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms,It contains historical event and judgement.From the comments on the history,we can sum up Hu Yigui’s historical thought and characteristics. In this paper,the main contents include the following aspects:First,introduce how was Hu Yigui’s knowledge formed.introducing Hu Yigui’s life and his time and pave the way for integration how was his knowledge formed.And then study like-minded scholars and family environment had influence on Hu Yigui’s knowledge formed.At the same time, the paper also summarized the achievement Hu Yigui made in Yi-ology, in order to seek for the link point between Hu Yigui’s historical thought and Yi-ology thought on the basis of Hu Yigui’s historical thought.Second,focus on the study of Shi Qi Shi Zuan Gu Jin Tong Yao.Through the study of content and material sources in this book,analyze the rationality and value of material and then parse out Hu Yigui’s historical thought in this book.Hu Yigui used many convincing materials,such as Jia Yu,Da Dai Li and Lun Yu.Based on describing the basic facts,he also put forward his own views on the controversial view of history in the book,deepened Hu Yigui’s thought in Shi Qi Shi Zuan Gu Jin Tong Yao.Third,summarize the value of historical materias of Shi Qi Shi Zuan Gu Jin Tong Yao.As a general history,it had the characteristics of general history,and also it had something different from general history,such as,It changed general history only describe the history events and mix Confucianism and Yi-ology together.
