Under the impact of the international concept of inclusive education comprehensively advance, Whether it is philosophy, sociology, management, education, law and even leisure and tourism and other areas are gradually showing to understand the status of vulnerable groups, and content the needs of persons with disabilities as the core at all levels of the macroscopic and microscopic research. Although the China has achieved preliminary results in these areas, but in the perspective of psychology, research on attitudes of acceptance of persons with disabilities are still relatively few, only a few several studies on the status of the attitudes of college student groups toward people with disabilities, less study pupil groups and the effect of different means of intervention.On the basis of systematic combing the theory and practice researches about the attitudes of elementary school students toward people with disabilities at home and abroad, first of all, this study introduce the research progress attitudes of pupils toward people with disabilities from four aspects, which are definition of concept,research methods, influence factor and intervention methods. The second, this study revised the measurement of the attitudes of pupils toward people with disabilities with a sample of 1788 third to sixth grade pupils, to clear the development characteristics and performance feature of attitudes of the pupils towards people with disabilities. The last, With 17 pupils in third grade and in fifth as the participants, “the training program of attitudes of pupils toward people with disabilities” by designed are used to direct intervene attitudes of pupils toward people with disabilities, which using animated video, course, imitation and social contact with other ways of combining methods.The results indicated that:(1) The revised Attitudes of Pupils towards People with Disabilities Scale contains 15 items, covering the cognitive component with 4 items, the affective component with 6 items, and the behavioral component with 5 items, and has a good reliability and validity, can be used as a effective tool for measuring attitudes of pupils towards people with disabilities.(2) In general the attitudes of pupils toward people with disabilities were positive forward and needs to be improved in the state. The attitudes of pupils toward people with disabilities are significant differences on the effect of grade, pupils of grade 6 significantly higher than that of grade 3, grade 4 and grade 5, pupils of grade 4 and grade 5 higher than grade that of 3, the attitude was the rise with the grade. The attitudes of pupils toward people with disabilities are significant differences on the effect of gender, girl group was significantly higher than boy group. The attitudes of pupils toward people with disabilities are significant differences on the effect of previous experience, pupil with previous experiences were significantly higher than those who had no previous experiences.(3) Using the principle of scientific, objectivity, positive and interactive to designe “the training program of attitudes of pupils toward people with disabilities” had a positive effect to improve the attitudes of pupils toward people with disabilities, and was sustainable. The effect of the third grade students was significantly higher than fifth grade students. The effect of the boys was better than girls.
