In today’s fierce economic development material abundance, in the hectic pace of artists, art of the regional complex is quietly disappeared.Western civilization at the same time full of our life, make the artist some distorted psychology, artists in a hectic and painful situation, and in the plot of the regional became shallow and connotation, from a variety of external pressures make artists have gradually forget the true value of art there. The nature of the artist, therefore, more should pay attention to the regional amorous feelings in the work performance, to explore the spirit and soul of art from the local flavor.This paper is to focus on local flavor as the breakthrough point, in the eastern part of the Inner Mongolia regional customs as the starting point of the oil painting creation. From the perspective of ecological culture, the author discusses the reflection of eastern Inner Mongolia region amorous feelings in the oil painting creation. Through the eastern Inner Mongolia geographical environment, production and life style, cultural customs, the main body of the emotion and discussed to explore the regional customs of eastern Inner Mongolia, this is my painting creation conception is an important source of and prerequisite conditions.
