But with the development of the urbanization, due to lack of experience and methods, many traditional countryside culture phenomenon and excellent cultural traditions of Teng Xian are gradually distortion or even disappear.2. The main problems of Teng Xian’s local traditional rural culture preservation and new rural culture construction are as follows:(1) with the further development of reform and opening-up and the new rural construction, rural farmers are actively involved in the commodity economy development and new countryside construction. The center of rural cultural work gravity at construction but ignore the importance of rural traditional culture preservation, it makes the rural culture there is not intact, erosion and be despised. (2) To develop traditional rural culture protection and new rural cultural construction , Teng Xian also lack of relevant experience and methods. The place not enough understanding the realistic significance of the construction of rural traditional culture preservation, and in this respect are lacking of manpower and material resources support and effective ideas correctly.3.
