The Study On Psychological Counseling Skills

Nowadays,The phenomenon that the theory and the practice is uncoordinated among the Chinese counselors.And there are lack of adequate opportunities of practical training, even if there are some practical training opportunities. Due to lack of effective supervision system, it causes that it is difficult to solve the psychological problem effectively in order to help the counseling visitors. There are some psychology professional teachers among the Psychologists.(Non psychological counseling), What Knowledge and skills they can show in the process of psychological counseling, and whether they can solve the problem of visitors effectively. To solve these problems, this research use the expertise research paradigm,select Psychological consultation beginner, proficient,practice and theory expert. To study their professional knowledge and skills, inference and the process of making policy at the psychological counseling. My purpose is to provide theoretical guidance and practical evidence for Chinese counselor trainingThis paper includes two studies. The research one is a study that compares consultation beginner, proficient,practice and theory expert at the differences of the knowledge utilization of consulting case.It can know that the process of knowledge packaging and the feature of packaging Knowledge.Study one makes a conclusion:(1) Because theoretical expert has no experience, the knowledge package does not exist.(2) Beginner, proficient,practice and theory expert exist difference.The field of Psychology counseling exist the process of Knowledge package,especially the theoretical expert has abundant packaging Knowledge.The research result has proved the Hypothesis of the research of Li Tongji support the Knowledge package.Study two is compared with the beginner, proficient,practice and theory expert on the field of thinking aloud of Psychology counseling,which is know more about the cognitive features where the different levels subjects of psychological counseling expertise is on psychology counseling.The research result shows that Compared with the diagnostic reasoning of practical expert with other three types, the former is much more abundant and Specific.And also the correct rate of reasoning information is much more than other three types.It will provide terrific theoretical evidence for the psychological counseling teacher.
