Their pursuits for the stop-motion animation only stay at the superficial level, since they ignore the advantages and characteristics of the stop-motion animation materials. For such frame-by-frame shot animations, the material itself is in fact a behavioral language. It emphasizes on the instances of the material language in stop-motion animation abroad and at home to explore and get nutrient of new elements from "old soil"(previous researches and ideas). This paper also analyzes each case of stop-motion animation and finds out new development direction of material language in stop-motion animation from various material languages. Furthermore, it strengthens the collection of relevant resources, deepens the understanding of the meaning of material nature and observe the details in life. In addition, it makes real case analysis, adds more national original elements, puts emphasis on the meaning of material language, and solves problems based on the points presented above.
