This research is based on the constructivist grounded theory instruction deep into chinses local enterprises, taking province large private machinery manufacturing processing company as an example, using the method of field observation, depth interviews to collect first-hand data,according to the related research, the principles and steps of grounded theory, data to analysis and qualitative coding standard the factors of enterprise leaders,obtained the effect of time management behavior in three levels of individual, team, organization, and on this basis, the theory construction of middle-level leadership time-management behavior process model,based on the theoretical model, probe into the effective mechanism of enterprise middle level leadership time into the effective mechanism of enterprise middle local enterprises,taking province large private machinery manufacturing probe into the effective mechanism of enterprise middle-level leadership time management behavior.The study comprises the following research: effects of middle-level leadership time management individual motivation research,influence enterprise middle-level leadership of time management behaviors of team motivation research, influence enterprise middle-level of influence enterprise middle-level leadership of time management behavior,organizational motivation research of different level factors relationship study on the construction of enterprise middle-level leadership, time management process model construction research and enterprise lead time management behavior of the effective mechanism of the results show that: the individual factor to influence the enterprise middle-level leadership time management behaviors are the main factors: the means and methods of individual time management, time management and motivation factors by the researchers of individual characteristics factors. Among these, the motivation factors as the power to drive. Factors means and methods are tools. Individual factors are the main body participation; team motivation influence enterprise middle-level leadership time management behaviors are mainly: subject factor, object factor, tools, rules,division of labor factors factors factors, team motivation factors influence enterprise middle-level leadership; organization of time management behavior mainly include: organizational culture,organizational support and organizational development. Among them, not the factors affecting individual motivation, team motivation,organizational motivation level independently of each other, unrelated, but closely related impact factors in specific time management process of enterprise middle level leadership in; on the basis of the above study, the process of constructing enterprise middle-level lead ing time management behavior, and the combination of the theory and other related literature research, put forward the effective mechanism of enterprise middle level leadership time management behavior. is the significance of this study, combined with the china enterprise special situations and into the workplace line to collect first-hand information, from the mid-dle lead time management behavior psychological field occupation scene in time management of enterprises under individual organization the three level perspective study. And makes the original time management theory to realize from the individual time management to the team time management to expand the time management theory. Because of many domestic enterprises,units in the implementation of time management behavior training, academic research on this topic has obtained a certain achievement and accumulated rich experience in practice,the research of this paper on the basis of practice, to the front-line workers to provide a new and training. Especially the work of management and training try to be the source of the unit, will play a direct support and help.
