Objective: using the methods of domestic electric technology for rumba basicmoves forward analysis less walking. The purpose of this paper is to use methods ofelectric chart on walking forward the main muscle groups in the process of the wholemonitoring and electromyographic analysis, through the methods of electric testing datafor mathematical statistics, reveals the rumba basic pace, technical characteristics andinherent laws, understand the characteristics of the basic technology of muscle force, comparison of the differences athletes clear specification, perfect the rumba basic paceand the related theory of technology, provide theoretical basis for teaching and training, rich sport dance basic theory research.Research significance: in view of the current our country abroad and analysis ofthe current situation of Latin dance Latin dance level technical movementcharacteristics of athletes, combining with the experiments, the statistical analysis of thedata for the development of scientific and reasonable training method and means toprovide a reference basis, can promote the development of Latin dance technology inour country, more important is to improve the athletic achievements of Latin danceathletes in our country, shorten the gap with the world level.Research methods: this study used the Finnish ME6000portable8guidemyoelectricity tester to get in the way of walking six Latin dance athletes methods ofelectrical test, using Megawin software with simultaneous video on selected8muscleelectromyography analysis. The results of the study:1.in the motion of the walking right leg forward phase contribution biggest muscleas the calf, the rest of the order from large to small is stock, the tibialis anterior musclerectus, the latissimus dorsi and biceps and the external oblique muscle, trapezius muscleand abdominal muscle. The first activity of the tibialis anterior muscle and thelatissimus dorsi muscles, the muscles of the end of the first activities for tibialis anteriormuscle, no power is that the end of the muscle.2.in walking forward right leg support phase contribution rate of the biggestmuscle as the calf muscles, the rest of the biceps femoris muscle in his from big to small,in order, the latissimus dorsi, external oblique abdominal muscle, and the tibialisanterior muscle rectus muscle, the rectus, trapezius muscle. The first activity of muscle for the external oblique muscle and trapezius muscle. The muscles of the end of the firstactivity of the latissimus dorsi and trapezius muscle.3.the muscles of the male and female athletes in the go forward movement, theathletes should keep pace in the basic law of cuhk muscles to drive the small muscles, through to the calf and the exercise of the tibialis anterior muscle, let the body morefully extended. Conclusion suggestion:1. in the motion of the walking forward and support phase are the most frequentdoing work force of the gastrocnemius muscle’s biggest muscles, the muscles long timework is easy to cause muscle damage, athletes should be appropriate relaxgastrocnemius in walking forward, or in the usual training to strengthen the training ofcalf muscles, to extend the life of the movement of athletes, improve the technology ofthe athletes.2.in peacetime training athletes should pay attention to the coordination control tothe muscles, not as far as possible all the muscles start or end of the phenomenon at thesame time, all the muscles at the same time start activity embodies in action is thestrong power of athletes, the braking effect is good, but the action is easy to becomerigid and lose feminine rumba.3. individual athletes technical style different initial differences can also causemuscle, but in cultivating their own movement style at the same time, athletes shouldpay attention to combining scientific theoretical guidance, in order to better improve thesport ability and athletic performance.
