| Through reserchers’s own body test and the exchange with the experts, researchers found that the core of the Oriental culture (including Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism, etc.) refers to the training methods of Meditation, while the training of mindfulness is the core of these cores of all Meditations, therefore we will select MBA students, EMBA students, top management of enterprises, enterprise operational personnel and practice lovers as the main objects in this study, it goes to the study of mindfulness in meditation subject to enterprise people.After the interview with experts reserchers found that through mindfulness traing,trainee not only improved their mindfulness levels significantly, but also their personal personality performance was improved,especially for improvement in emotion stability filed and change of social openness and responsibility of social integration.The evolution personality psychology offers news idea on personality stability or variance, it stated personality factors result from a series of personality performance due to the change of adaptive tactics subject to human’s long term of’adaption problem’,in other word, the individual personality is evolutionary. Therefore based on aforesaid research situation this study selects mindfulness level scale and big five to analyze the correlations of enterprise people psychologies adjustment and adaption and personality factors evolutions Via mindfulness training.Through the research and study of mindfulness training by the way of questionnaire research and group guidance, it was found the improvement of mindfulness levels is correlated significantly with Five factors in Big Five scale. By the mindfulness training, the subjets could improve the individual mindfulness levels, meanwhile they increase the ability of extraversion intervertion effectively. To some degree this supports evolution personality psychologies regarding supportive evidence of personality evolution subject to ’adaption problem’, meanwhile for realistic means to companies this study demonstrates the mindfulness training is able to increase the phycology health level and phycologicial adjustment ability effectively within an enterprice, and by long term training and practice, it could help reinforece the vitality of enterprises and organizations of life. |
