Under the background of globalization, a growing number of minority writers have mastered theChinese language besides their own minority languages along with the increasing cross-culturecommunication and deeper bilingual education, then they start literary creation with it. This has greatsignificance in our national literature development. This essay works out as meaningful as it refractstheir wanders between the two heterogeneous cultures, as bilingual writers are with features andadvantages of bilingual creative composite thinking. In this essay, three bilingual writers Akbar Majit,Hayixia Tabarek, Yerkxi Huermanbuick from Xinjiang Kazak and especially their works are selected asexamples for further analysis and research.They were born in the fifties and sixties of the last century and grow up in Xinjiang, and theirworks are filled with a very strong ethnic flavor. They share advantages of mastering the Chineselanguage and fully application of bilingual creative composite thinking. The influence of localtraditional culture and Han culture’s influence make their creation show a complex culturalcharacteristic. With a deep love and deep affection for their traditional culture, they are strugglingpainfully with those traditional unrealistic matters. In expression techniques, strong Kazak flavor isshown with large amount of nutrition naturally absorbed from their local culture. Through extensivereading, learning Han nationality, mastering knowledge of foreign literature’s latest developments, theycreate some new tentative and challenging works.The essay is divided into five chapters. Chapter One is introduction of research profile ofcontemporary Kazak literature, especially contemporary Kazak bilingual writers’ literary creation andresearch profile.Chapter Two is mainly about highly praise of local customs and eternal humanity, includingcolorful landscapes and goodness of humanity. They show their appreciation for local customs andsincere humanity through description of Kazak characters.Chapter Three is mainly about concern and reflection of cultural conflicts. They express theirsincere feelings about cultural conflicts including differences of lifestyle, concept of marriage, medicalconcept, concept of Funeral Customs. More clear and minute expressions about cross-culture conflictsare expressed, as they hold more complex feelings about their local cultures.Chapter Four focuses on artistic innovation of bilingual writers from inheritance to excellence.First part is inheritance of traditional techniques of expressions. Second part is about excellence of"Blank" Art, Absurdness,"Stream of Consciousness" so as to analyze their adoption and creation ofHan nationality and western artistic performance.Chapter Five is about Xinjiang multicultural context and the three bilingual writers’ creativestrengths, challenges, and significance from their literary creation characteristics.
