Experimental Research Of Tone And Neutral Tone Of Dialect Of Chahar Right Middle County

Abstract:Chahar right middle county is located in the Midwest of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region,belongs to Wulanchabu city. Chahar right middle county dialect is subject to Jin dialect area ZhangHu branch. We will use acoustic experiments to investigate the tones of Chahar right middle county dialect’s monosyllabic tone、bisyllabic tone and neutral tone in the thesis, and get conclusions as follows:1.Chahar right middle county dialect has four tones,they are Pingsheng31, Shangsheng52,Qusheng243, Rusheng?54.The length of the mono-syllable tone in female’s is longer than male’s.2.The pitch and duration situation of bisyllabic tone of Chahar right middle county dialect display as follows:(1) On the pitch:①If Pingsheng is in the first character of the double word,the curve of tone remained falling, but the tone value change from31to51;(2)when Qusheng lies in the position of the first character, the curve of tone change from a zigzag tone to a rising tone;③If Shangsheng is in the se cond character,the tone pattern shows a small decline, the tone value transferred into53from52.(2) On the duration, male voice is longer than female voice. If the Pingsheng tone lies in the first position, the duration is the longest. In this point, male and female have same performance.3.The characteristics of softly Chahar right middle county dialect performance as follows:(1) Some of the Softly tone sound light and short, some of it read Light but not short;(2) Affected by the softly tone, the tone curve is change, such as Pingsheng from the original low drop tone31transfer into high drop tone52;Shangsheng from the original high drop tone52transfer into high flat tone54; However softly word hardly affected by the before word, the numerical of it is11.
