The languages of different nations in the process of the formation and propagation, inevitably will appear the phenomenon of crossover and integration, therefore, each nation’s language not only has its own peculiarities, but also its universality. China and the Korean Peninsula is very close neighbors, and the integration of language is particularly prominent. Two countries’ scholars have done a lot of research on Chinese and Korean for many years, Korean suffix "jeok" and Chinese structural particle "de" based on its high frequency of use, so it was well known and widely used. The Chinese and Korean scholars have done a lot of research on the Korean suffix "jeok" and Chinese structural particle "de" which based on the native language system, but the research on the comparative aspects of the Korean suffix "jeok" and Chinese structural particle "de" is still relatively scarce. We choose to use the suffix "jeok" which has a higher frequency in Korea and use the structural particle "de" which has a high usage in China as an object of comparative study in this article. The purpose is to identify the correspondence and the corresponding laws between the Korean suffix "jeok" and Chinese structural particle "de".The article is divided into four parts, including introduction and conclusion:The introduction reveals the purpose and methods of the study in the Korean suffix "jeok" and Chinese structural particle "de" and also including previous research. The research aims to find out the correspondence and the corresponding laws between the Korean suffix "jeok" and Chinese structural particle "de". Since the inheritance and continuity of Chinese in Korea, large numbers of Chinese words spring up in the Korean language, and this provides a great convenience for the two countries’people to learn the language of each other. But in the practical application for "jeok" and "de", since the impact of their mother tongue, errors occur sometimes, therefore, it seems necessary to make the comparative research between "jeok" and "de". This article will use the technique of comparative linguistics to begin the study.The second chapter discusses the relationship between Korean suffix "jeok" and Chinese structural particle "de" from both the semantic and distribution. The Korean suffix "jeok" generally appears as a word in a sentence, and mainly in conjunction with the Chinese words to express the nature, the relationship and the status. The Chinese "de" generally appears as grammatical elements.The third chapter makes a comparative research on the Korean suffix "jeok" and Chinese structural particle "de" from the point of view of the two-way comparison.
