The heat of learning Chinese has been a phenomenon in many countries. More and more people are learning Chinese especially in the South Asian Country. With the40anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relationship between China and Bangladesh is coming soon, the number of Chinese learner in Bangladesh in booming. And it is effective to research the Chinese learning motivation from student’s aspect for spreading Chinese in Bangladesh.According to the questionnaire formed by the three level theory of Dornyei and related theory, I have did the survey of Chinese motivation of the level1and level2students from Dhaka University in Bangladesh. Then using the SPSS, I have concluded the motivation factors to do the next step of research.By comparing the differences between different dimensions, I have got the underling conclusion:1. The gender is not an obvious factor for motivation categories and intensity. The male and female have showed the same learning motivation.2. Students of Different age has showed differences in their inner interests motivation and out-encourage motivation. The students between20years old and30years old have showed the strongest inner-interests motivation, then the students older than30and students less than20. If the students of one class in mostly lay between20and30, the teacher could introduce more Chinese culture. The students between20and30have showed strongest out-encourage motivation, then the students less than20and then more than30.3. Different occupations have different self-confidence, learning-circumstances motivation and motivation intensity. The self-confidence motivation and learning-circumstances motivation of students is much more stronger than that of employer. Teachers could encourage students to perform more on classes and encourage more business and working dialogues for employers.4. Students of different level have showed different self-confidence motivation and learning-circumstances motivation. The students from level1showed stronger interests in both motivations than students from level2.
