Post-area of global financial crisis, the cultural industry as the emerging sunrise industry, has become an important part of international trade, being more and more important role in the economic development of all countries. The export-oriented development of cultural industry, not only bring huge economic benefits to countries, but also brings additional political influence and cultural influence. Our country has5000years traditional culture resources, rich cultural heritage is the advantage of cultural industry in China, but compared with western developed countries, China’s cultural industry is late start, low integrated level, cultural trade deficit with China, and many other serious problems. The cultural industry of our country to better towards the outside world, must choose a suitable own export-oriented development strategy. Export-oriented development status quo of the cultural industry in China as well as the characteristics of cultural product in China, combined with foreign advanced experience of the development of cultural industry, reference path choice of other export-oriented industry development in our country, through research and analysis, probes into the cultural industry export-oriented development strategy of a series of problems in our country. This article first chapter describe the selected topic background and research significance, relevant literature review at home and abroad are introduced, and put forward the research content and research methods. The second chapter summarizes the export-oriented development status quo of the cultural industry in our country, further illustrates the necessity of cultural industry in our country take export-oriented development. The third chapter, by studying the development of the United States and South Korea export-oriented cultural industry, emphatically from the policy, product, talent, capital four aspects carries on the analysis, to provide experience for the development of cultural industry in our country. The fourth chapter the export-oriented development path of other industry in China, and introduces the haier electrical appliances localization strategy and geely group, merger and acquisition strategy, although these enterprises to expand the tangible products, but also can give the export-oriented development of China’s cultural industry to provide ideas for reference. The fifth chapter according to the successful experience of foreign culture industry development, draw lessons from other industries in our country extroversion development paths, combined with the characteristics of cultural industry in our country, puts forward the government push, localization, independent brands, the use of market-oriented means and the five kinds of cultural industry of the cultural industry of innovation export-oriented development strategy. Only according to the characteristics of their own cultural products, the choice suits own export-oriented development strategy, to spread China’s outstanding cultural products to all over the world.
