| In recent years,film and television industry occupy a more and more important role in the national economy, and it’s gradually supported by the government and recognized by social public.The development of film and television industry is more and more quickly.it’s development as the run in the cars on the road.Film and television industry was called as "smokeless industry" and "sunrise industry", it contains huge economic benefits and social benefits and it has gradually become an important growth point and pillar industry of our national economic development.But because of the characteristics of the big risk and long investment cycle and the new financing channels and modes adapt to the characteristic of film and TV enterprises has not appeared or not perfect, which makes the growth of the film and TV enterprises lack the support of capital, it are facing the problem of financing. Therefore, research the financing problem of film and TV enterprises of our country has theoretical and practical significance.The paper based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of film and TV enterprises,investment and financing situation, financing difficult factors, film and television enterprise characteristics and USA, Japan, South Korea and other countries of the film and television business financing experience and reference are put forward on the countermeasures and suggestions of China’s film and TV Enterprise. The film and TV enterprises in China need to innovate the existing financing channels and methods, and need to improve the industrial foundation,film and television copyright securitization,establish cooperation mechanism and enterprise alliance,pledge the film and television,batch production,implantable advertising and other ways of financing.In this paper, through the study on financing problems of film and television business, has laid a theoretical foundation and reference significance of the financing of film and TV enterprises. |
