Negative is one of the most important categories of language expression. It plays an important role in every language. We found that no matter how competent the Korean students’ Chinese is, they make mistakes when they process negative adverbs. In Chinese, "不", "没有", "别"are three main negative adverbs which are used most frequently. In addition, they are too complicated to be acquired by students.This thesis picked out the Korean negative sentences from the book 『(?) 』 Then it studied how to translate these negative sentences from Korean to Chinese. After comparison of two languages it found that the meanings and structures of Korean negatives are more vivid than Chinese negatives.At first, we set the research object and proposed purpose and necessity of this research. It also made a review on the previous studies. According to the contrastive study, it analyzed the differences between Korean and Chinese negative. It also summarized the definitions and usages of both Korean and Chinese negative.This thesis consists of five parts. The first part is introduction. It introduced the background information, research results and methods. In the second part, it proposed the definitions of Korean negative and Chinese negative. In the third part, it analyzed the Korean negatives like’(?) ’which turn up in the book (?). In the forth part, it presented the misuses in translation between Korean and Chinese. The fifth part is conclusion.
