The Canadian Studies Of The Book Of Songs

Since the western missionaries come to China in 16 th or 17 th century, the abroad research of the translation of the Book of Songs went through the fine, gradual diversification, research academic and tortuous process and have formed a system of academic system--the study on songs. Since the research center shifts to North America after 1950’s, the Canadian studies of The Book of Songs also will rise, the results of their research and methodologies also attracted the attention of songs research areas at home and abroad. For the Canadian studies of The Book of Songs,this article attempts to discourse and analysis from the following five parts:The first chapter starts with an overview of the research background, with a focus on examining the Canada ancient literature research of the history and current situation and to explore the Canadian studies of The Book of Songs of growth environment; secondly, the paper introduce the research meaning and stated the subject and the research methods in order to identify research priorities. Then,summary and the results of this research, mustered in probing the article writing space as well as the expected results.The second chapter trace the research overseas in the chronological order vertically and the research directions and levels laterally, it makes a general survey of the course for 400 years, then, it summed up the book of the dissemination and development of the two major stages in the West--translation and academic research phases.Under the background matting, the third chapter take the study of the direction and content of the article as the starting point, summarizes the studies in linguistics,literary theory and other aspects of the history of religion as well as major achievements, showing Canadian studies of The Book of Songs of multidisciplinary,interdisciplinary and multi-perspective research trends, The whole research presents the flowers and the question of the overall situation.The fourth chapter discusses the Canadian studies of The Book of Songs in the study of the meaning and impact, while drawing on new theories and take an objective approach to evaluating the study. The result including their essence and lessons.The final chapter review this document in writing, sum up the west and especially the Canadian studies of The Book of Songs for an academic summary, so that in the future poetry overseas study of research and development provide useful help.
