A Report On The Translation Of American Building Strong Family Project

It is known to all that most translation theories aimed at literary translation both at home and abroad.As there are huge differences between literary and non-literary translation, translators can not use the same methods to deal with them.Under the guide of text classification and functional equivalence theory, this project is trying to search the features of thesis translation and furthermore explore the methods in coping with translation of this kind toactually improve rendering ability of the author.This project contains two parts: translation of the original thesis published on American Journal of Marriage and Family and a report on the translation of it.
