Tourism resources about ruins & traces is an important part of our cultural heritage,historical witness of Chinese civilization. With the tourism industry into the high-speed development period, relics tourism resources into the destruction of high-risk period, to protect ruins & traces of tourism resources is an important task to protect our cultural heritage.The northern slope of Tianshan Mountains are the main sections of the new northern branch of silk road, retaining a wealth of relics tourism resources, is one of the most rapid development regions of tourism in Xinjiang.Through the methods of literature, interviews and Geospatial analysis and access to the relevant information on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain ruins tourism resources.Analyses the ruins on the northern slope of the Tianshan mountains classification,spatial distribution and exploitation of tourism resource and Problems in the development of scenic spots.At last, the suggestion and Countermeasure of exploiting the tourism resources of the relics tourism resources are put forward.To promote the reasonable development of the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains ruins tourism resources and promoting the construction of the economic belt on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains, which led to the Xinjiang’s tourism development.Research is divided into five chapters: The first chapter introduces the overview of The northern slope of Tianshan Mountains;Chapter II classification method utilizes Chinese national standards,and ARCGIS spatial analysis tools,such as analyzing the type of ruins &traces of The northern slope of Tianshan Mountains,the spatial location Profile.The third chapter studies tourism development value of ruins & traces of The northern slope of Tianshan Mountains. The fourth chapter analyzes the development Present situation about protection of ruins & traces’ s located at The northern slope of Tianshan Mountains through statistics and investigation,respectively relics scenic problems in targeted analysis. The fifth chapter is a study of the problems in the process, put forward a proposal of scientific development and protection of relics Tianshan Mountains.Through the study found that The northern slope of Tianshan Mountains relics rich in tourism resources types, including two kinds of sub-categories,11 kinds of basic types,The basic types of covering 91.67% of the national standard;spatially concentrated in Ili Prefecture,Urumqi, Hami City as the center of three a chip area;obviously focused on the period of the Tang to Qing Dynasties.In addition,combined with the present situation of the northern slope of Tianshan Mountains relics tourism resources development and protection,found the restricting factors:the overall protective ruins scenic area development level is low,lack of coordination,the regional public cultural relics protection deficiency of consciousness,scenic spot management is unreasonable,the low level of science and technology,security and support system is not perfect. In the Tianshan Mountain ruins tourism resource,the development of a single,the development of the scenic area development has mostly focused on the natural landscape;The northern slope of Tianshan Mountains ruins in A-level scenic area spots less;blind development, some relics can be developed better, but not reasonable protection and development.In this paper,The preliminary analysis based on the location factors, the type of features,value characteristics, development of the status quo on the north slope of Tianshan Mountain ruins tourism resources type,Proposed enhanced collaboration Department on the northern slope of the Tianshan mountains, increase awareness of heritage preservation at all levels on the northern slope of the Tianshan mountains; increase management level of ruins scenic area;increase the scientific and technological support of ruins scenic area, and improving the security capacity of ruins scenic area.At the same time, it also proposed the reasonable development or protection on the undeveloped ruins sites.Through the study,hoping to provide assistance for the sustainable development of the area relics tourism resources, but also provide the objective basis and reference for the research of the regional history and culture and the changes of man land relationship.Ultimately promote economic belt on the northern slope of the Tianshan mountains, or even the whole development of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region’s tourism industry.
