From the traditional way of animation, such as watercolor, oil painting, etc. And to fully using the computer to make digital animation, several revolutions of animation technology to keep themselves in "Front Line" of animation art tide. Network animation palys the most important role in digital animation field. Because of its advantages, It has became a backbone to the digital animation, and cannot be ignored, the Network Animation Art works has a core, it called Flash Animation Art works as we known, and it increases more and more fast. But with the network animation with its own advantages and great situation of Internet popularization, compared to the rapid development of China’s many old traditional folk art forms are declining, endangered, including Shanxi traditional folk art forms---Xiao-yi shadow play, Guang-ling paper-cut, etc. Shanxi traditional folk art forms as its own characteristics, such as the spread and distribution scope limited to the corner and continues to narrow, art characteristic tending to assimilate, passing on personnel problems such as age, hence make for Shanxi traditional folk art form excavated a new development path to become the new task.This thesis through the research of domestic and overseas animation works, study its advantages in promoting and carrying forward the traditional folk culture and art. And try to add some elements of Shanxi traditional folk art forms in Flash animation form, then research the Flash animation,which is a kind of new art form brings the new challenges and new opportunities to the Shanxi traditional folk art forms, explore a new road and do my duties to spread and protect Shanxi traditional folk art.
