Watercolor introduced to China over a century ago,however, restrict itself watercolor based material which is different from traditional Chinese painting and oil painting,how to draw China’s own watercolor style more worthy explored.This paper reports on watercolor study combined usual thinking and sketching sentiment for discussion. To think from the difference of Chinese traditional painting and western painting, watercolor combined with practice and thought perception, understanding mood watercolor essence, and to study the difference between foreign watercolor form, so as to achieve watercolor painting with Chinese characteristics truly meant. And embodied in the sense of form, reflecting both the composition, color, shape, or paint effects have Chinese characteristics, rather than rote learning Representation in Foreign watercolor.
