Studies The Current Situation And Relationship Of Prison Police Work Stress, Emotional Labor And Subjective Well-being

Prison Police is a special kind of police, police, and engaged in rehabilitation of offenders and other daily affairs of this particular work in the prison environment. Studies have shown that part of the prison police mental health in sub-health state, the overall situation is not optimistic.This article through to the prison police work pressure,emotional labor,subjective well-being and situation of the three aspects, and the study of the relationship among the three aspects to carry out the work for the prison to provide psychological support to improve the ability to adapt to the working pressure and so as to enhance their subjective well-being.This study selected 441 Xinyang city jail prison police tested, using the rules of perception emotional scale, emotional labor strategy scale,prisons and police pressure source questionnaire and SWB, four kinds of scales as research tools to study,main conclusions are as follows:(1) Prison police understand the requirements of emotional, in choosing the emotional labor strategies, prison police tend to surface behavior strategies;(2)Emotional labor and work stress can significantly predict subjective well-being, positive emotional expression, natural behavior and deep behavior have a positive impact on subjective well-being; Negative emotional suppression, surface behavior and work stress will reduce the level of subjective well-being;(3) The emotional labor play a partial intermediary role between work stress and subjective well-being.
