I examine if fulfillment explains exit, positive voice, loyalty, and neglect behaviors of volunteers. Moreover, I test whether these relationships are mediated by violation and trust.The study utilizes four questionnaire surveys of psychological contract, trust, violation and EVLN as research tool and research 346 volunteers. Valid data were collected from 301 volunteers. This thesis discusses the relationship between exit, voice, loyalty, neglect and psychological contract and the mediated function of trust and violation with related statistical approach. The results are listed as follows:(1) Psychological contract fulfillment relates negatively to exit responses and their correlation is -0.297. Psychological contract fulfillment relates negatively to neglect responses and their correlation is -0.381. Psychological contract fulfillment relates positively to considerate voice and their correlation is 0.319. Psychological contract fulfillment relates positively to loyalty responses and their correlation is 0.349.(2) The regression of psychological contract fulfillment for the dependent variable of ELVN behaviors is significant. (p<0.01). The regression of psychological contract fulfillment for the mediating variables of trust and violation is significant (p<0.01). The regression of psychological contract fulfillment and the combination variable of trust for ELVN behaviors is significant (p<0.05). The regression of psychological contract fulfillment and the combination variable of violation for ELVN behaviors is significant (p<0.05)By discussion and analysis, the conclusions of this study follow:(1) Satisfying psychological contract fulfillment can decrease the possibility of exit, neglect behaviors and can increase the possibility of considerate voice and loyalty.(2)The violation of psychological contract can cause individual’s exit and neglect behaviors and the decrease of the loyalty to organization and the considerate voice for organization; individual’s trust for organization tend to bring his or her loyalty and considerate voice and decrease the possibility of individual’s exit and neglect behavior.(3) Trust and violation are mediated between psychological contract and EVLN behaviors. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | psychological contract, violation, trust, volunteers, EVLN | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
