The Empirical Interpreting Report Of Russian Guide In Qufu

In June to August 2014, the author carried out an interpreting internship for two months as the Russian guide interpreter in the International Travel Agency in Qufu. The report, based on the interpreting internship, introduces the process of the interpreting internship and its difficulty. The author draws a conclusion on the process, which give a good lesson for future interpreting working.In the report, the author introduces the background of the interpreting, including the current situation of tourism about the Russians to China; the detailed situation of interpreters in China; the background of the author and the current situation in Qufu.The author thinks that a guide should have good health, excellent morality, rich knowledge, the ability of organizing and reacting, the strong will inside and so on. What’s more, the interpreters also should grasp firm language knowledge and high-standard oral ability.The author summarizes that to be a successful interpreter in the field of Russian guiding, he has to improve studying the professional knowledge and try his best to improve the ability of Chinese expression and cross-communication ability. He should also be patent, careful, confident and warm-hearted.
