A Study Of Dalisi In Liao Dynasty

DaLisi, is the highest justice system in the Nanmianguan system of Liao Dynasty, and also the highest official mechanism which responsible for judicial affairs of the The Han nationality. DaLisi played a great role in the process of localization in the society of Liao Dynasty. Research on the DaLisi of Liao Dynasty is convenient for us to further grasp the general rules of ancient northern minority regime in the evolution of the official system. There’s also lots of benefit on the history study of Liao Dynasty and even in the whole history of China northern minority regime mechanism.In this paper, I will divided two parts to carry on the discussion of the history of the DaLisi and the system of the DaLisi.In the first chapter of this paper, take the time as the line, divided into four stages to comb the historical evolution of the DaLisi in Liao Dynasty.Around twelve years of TongHe, the reign of Liao Sheng Zong, who plan the reform of judicial. Analysis the reasons of the DaLisi system reform from the virtual posts to the actual posts.The second chapter of this article will analysis the influence that the variety of the official changes of the DaLisi in Liao Dynasty which cause by the feudalism of the Liao society.In the research of the official system of DaLisi in Liao Dynasty, at the same time, in contrast with the functions of Dalisi in previous generation. And then analyzes the difference between the DaLisi under the traditional feudal system and the DaLisi in Liao Dynasty under the Dali temple in the function of the official system. And summarizes the general characteristics of the Liao Dynasty under the the basic national policy so call “Yinsuerzhi”.
