Analysis Of Lü Yuan’s Life Poetics In His Later Years

Unlike fantastic grief fairy-tale period,rugged shrilling political lyric period and contemplative tolerated potential writing period,Lu Yuan’s Poems have gathered the wisdom of life based on inheriting the realism tradition and the breadth and depth have been strengthened since Lii Yuan began to walk into the sunset of his life in 1980s.Lu Yuan,who is nurtured by the Chinese traditional culture and the west culture,regarding the poetry as his faith in his later years,incorporates the experience and comprehension into his life to pursue the idea of man poem in one.Lu Yuan forms the unique life poetic by enriching and extending his life connotation,such as surmounting misery,going after truth and beauty, reflecting on death and activating contending conscience in his later years.The thesis focuses on analyzing the poems between 1980 and 2009 Lii Yuan died, with the exception of the underground works which were created in the 1950s and 1960s and published after his reappearance,also,Lu Yuan readmitted to the party and pseudonym after Hu Feng’s misjudged case overturned and writing the poem <Consecrate It to My Protectors> in 1980.The study of this period can give a deeper understanding of Lu Yuan’s creative foundation and belief so as to dig his life connotation and better comprehend the state of being in his later years.Besides,"July Poetic School" beyond historical shape has not existed in the period and Lu Yuan never acts on a lot of July poets except that he was entrusted by the friends to write a preface to white flowers poems for rehabilitating July School poets in 1981.As a result,Lu Yuan in this paper is an individual with the unique connotation of life and highlights in the literary world of a new period.The introduction mainly includes the following aspects:the connotation of life poetic,Lu Yuan’s creative state of life at different times,the current research status of Lii Yuan’s poems,significance and methods of the research.In chapter one:according to the contents and experience of life,Lu Yuan’s writing can be divided into three periods in his later years:reality and sorrow in the early 1980s, philosophy and meditation in the mid-to late1980s,transcendence and detachment after 1990s.Generally,the three periods emerge a creative tendency of dashing into heart, making us better to understand Lii Yuan’s developing state of life in his later years.In chapter two:Lu Yuan’s life poetics in his later years are analyzed from various angles by focusing on prominent life factors such as person,suffering,death,truth and beauty and struggle.The one is to discuss Lu Yuan how to surmount suffering in the stretching suffering consciousness in his later years;The two is to discuss Lu Yuan how to explore the life philosophy of the truth and beauty in daily feelings in his later yearsjThe three is to discuss Lu Yuan how to make life breakthrough of activating contending conscience by writing tough guy images in his later years;The last is to discuss the return of poetry and life’s fusion,and all thinking of life is based on the ultimate concern for individual and human’s destiny, finally, returning to the pursuit of individual’s perfection,In chapter three:the discussion on Lfi Yuan’s life poetics based upon the Chinese and Western poetic tradition,includes Hu Feng’s subjective fighting poetics,Confucianism and Taoism’s poetics,Goethe’s romantic life poetics and Rilke’s life existential poetics.The rest part sums up the characteristics of Lu Yuan’s life poetics in his later years and briefly analyzes its great significance in literature.
