Studies On The Prophetic-mixed Political Thought Of The Han Dynasties

The prophetic-mixed political thought is an important part of Han Dynasty’s theological and political thought, is the important stage of development of ancient Chinese political thought. The prophetic-mixed political thought is based on the yin-yang and five elements and the interactions of Heaven and Man as the origin of theory, absorb the Confucian “benevolent governance” and “rule by rites”, mix the prediction of many myths and superstitions, its purpose is to maintain the rule of the monarch.In this paper, a total of three chapters. The theme of the first chapter discusses the prophetic-mixed political thought, Its body is the author of the prophetic-mixed and participants of the prophetic-mixed in popular, the prophetic-mixed political thought is formed in the interaction of Confucian scholars and the wizards,the prophetic-mixed political thought in popular is driven by the monarchs and scholars.The second chapter is to investigate the origin of the prophetic-mixed political thought of the Han Dynasties,Mainly from the yin-yang and five elements and the interactions of Heaven and Man,this is the theoretical basis of the prophetic-mixed political thought.The third chapter discusses the main content of the prophetic-mixed political thought of the Two Han Dynasties,including the auspicious sign and calamities, the thought of li-yue, the revolution thought, the thought punishment and virtue,the Hsiao.
