Until now, those who always have the courage to pursue beauty and art has never forgotten his voice, in my opinion, his theory in the new period needs to be rediscovered. Because it has endured time and was amended by later generation. His thoughts permeated the way of "The Beauty of Freedom". Beauty is human’s eternal pursuit, like a beacon guiding us toward the road ahead. The first chapter is about the care for art and beauty. Based on the core aesthetic ideas of Mr Gao, the paper put forward another core idea, that is, beauty and love symbolize freedom. This chapter point to the ontology of humanism and art, the connotation of humanitarian and beauty. The paper tries to get a glimpse of humans exploration, experience, and expression from the mind, behavior, and language of mankind. The second chapter is about how perceptual power drives aesthetic experience. Perceptual power was illustrated firstly in Mr Gao’s book "on beauty". Driven by perceptual power, humans began to actively take part in aesthetic activities. In looking for the meaning of existence, humans began to found, experience and create beauty, and at the same time they get rich aesthetic experience. The third chapter is about thought images without restriction can help artistic conception. Mr Gao’s idea that beauty is the symbol of freedom is presented. Artistic conception also needs the help of images without restriction. From the second to the fifth section is about "freedom" in terms of image thinking, abstract thinking, inspiration and the formation of an imagery world.
