As one of the Pre-qin scholars classical bibliography, "Guan Zi" have been paid more and more attention for its rich vivid, image rhetoric devices.The rhetoric study of this paper Mainly takes method of Case of a card in order to comprehensive systematic analysis of figures of speech and rhetoric devices of "Guan Zi".This paper consists of four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, mainly to introduces the author--Guan Zi, the basic situation. corpus value and language research of the book.The second chapter is summary of rhetoric, to briefly discusses the concept of rhetoric and the decision basis of figures of speech.The third chapter is Figures of speech research-- the main body of this paper,there are four ways to study of figures of speech of "Guan Zi". In the way of material,the paper analyzes the parables, quote, description of three kinds of figures of speech,In terms of artistic conception, the paper analyzes the rhetorical questions, sigh,three kinds of figures of speech, In the aspect of words, the paper analyzes the alarming, the limit of two kinds of figures of speech, In the way of the chapter, the paper analyses the parallelism, antithesis, layer, serious and repeated five kinds of figures of speech.The fourth chapter is the rhetoric characteristic and its influence, by comparing "Guan Zi" of figures of speech and "Xun Zi " of figures of speech,the paper will sums up recent parables, rigorous, musical arrangement, combined with varieties of stereotyped speech of Figures of speech used features. Application of all kinds of figures of speech and the rhetoric skill have greatly enriched language expression of the book, at the same time, have a significant impact on Han Fu later and Pian Fu after the Wei and Jin Dynasty.
