HSK is "HSK" the acronym is a national standardized test designed to test the level of Chinese foreign and minority Chinese learners and design. HSK is divided into the old and new version of the two, in 1989 opened the old HSK test, the new HSK in November 2009 formally organized and implemented.This paper is divided into six parts. The introduction describes the author wrote this article research background, literature review, research significance and research methods. The first part is the new HSK four examination papers design in this section focuses on the new HSK four exams in listening, reading, writing questions the purpose of the assessment of the characteristics of its proposition. The second part of the test content, test requirements, the focus of this three-way face a new test on HSK compared. The third part is based on the basis of survey data analysis, analysis of the students do four Zhenti error rate is higher in the subject, and the bias of these students were prone to error classification and analysis. The fourth part is to explore teaching strategies. Survey of content and teaching activities of daily summary based on the proposed new foreign teaching Chinese language and HSK teaching liking,reading and writing teaching strategies in three areas.
