With the steady development of China’s society and economy and increasing international status in recent years, more and more students choose to study in China in Central Asia. Foreign teaching of Chinese professional college to now, has made great progress, but there are still biased towards language teaching issues, neglect or despise the culture of teaching. With the progress of the work of foreign language teaching, more and more are beginning to realize the need for foreign language teachers teaching Chinese language and cultural education, cultural education began to receive attention. However, how to achieve effective cultural education, it is still in continuous research and exploration stage. Students from Central Asia for the province’s colleges and universities are more features, how to take advantage of local characteristics and culture of Gansu and Central Asian countries are similar, similar specificity, allowing for the introduction of local characteristics and culture in Gansu Foreign Language classroom teaching to enhance students of Chinese Central Asia levels, increase their interest and understanding of Chinese culture, to achieve "along the way" the national strategy has a certain practical significance.In this paper, we enrolled in Gansu Northwest Normal Central Asian students to study, through the analysis of existing foreign language and cultural teaching literature, summed up the traditional method of Northwest Normal University and problems in Central Asia culture teaching students to supplement applies to Gansu Cultural Teaching Students from Central Asia and cited case against the local cultural import Northwest Normal University Students from Central Asia with a view to put forward a number of recommendations for the Central Asian foreign students Chinese language teaching. Paper consists of five parts, the first part of the preface, introduces the research background, significance, research methods as well as domestic Research. The second part of the Central Asian Culture and the cultural ties were compared. The third section describes the current status of the teaching of foreign culture into the teaching Chinese to explain the Northwest Normal University,teaching the traditional methods for culture Students from Central Asia and the existing problems. The fourth part on the basis of theoretical research and field investigation, according to the characteristics of the Central Asian students made anumber of local specialties Gansu culture into cultural teaching methods. The last part of the article is to summarize, come to the conclusion of this article, and points out the shortcomings of this article.
