| Abstract:Being the two categories in Chinese classical aesthetics, "Spirit" and "charm " reflects the unique aesthetic standards and artistic taste. Therefore, Chinese piano also pays great attention to "spirit" and "charm". Both of them are distinctive from each other whereas they are interrelated to each other. "spirit" brings new lift to music and "charm" makes music beautiful. "Spirit" and "charm" go through the entire work of "Spring"from the aspect of creation and performance. To interpret spirit and charm embodied in "Spring" in terms of traditional aesthetics has great significance to grasp accurately musical connotation. |
