| Learning Burnout is the individual experience in the learning of life in a negative psychological, can make the students’ emotional or cognitive change in negative. According to completely mental health model, the mental health is defined as a positive psychological state of college students in the absence of disease and flourishing.Previous studies that learning burnout can predict the positive and negative mental health mental health of college students. Learning burnout may affect the the self-regulation and personal growth initiative, and they may affect the mental health. However, previous studies did not test whether the completely mental health model apply for college students, nor discuss its impact mechanisms. For these reasons, the study discusses the applicability of the completely mental health mode in the college student and its mechanisms with the complete mental health.The first study conducted a questionnaire test to 786 college students,in order to investigate the applicability of the completely mental health model in college students. Firstly, discussing the reliability and validity of Mental Health Continuum Short Form(adult version), results found the reliability and validity of the college students are good. Secondly, the applicability of the completely mental health model were discussed. Exploratory factor results found that the positive and negative mental health factors of the college students belong to different factors, and can not constitute the same factor. Confirmatory factor analysis found that the two factors can buld an continuum model, that is the adaptation of completely mental health model is the best. And it prove that positive and negative mental health are two different factors, and they belong a continuum model which reinforce and influence each other.In the end, discussing the learning burnout and completely mental health of the college students. Descriptive statistics show that the average of the students’ learning burnout were above 2.5, positive mental health were about 3 on the average,but the positive screening of negative mental health is 46.7%.The second study conducted a questionnaire test to 492 college students(different from the first test),in order to explore the mechanisms among college students’ learning burnout and completely mental health, namely discussing in the process of the learning burnout of college students affecting the mental health of dependent variable, the mediating role of self-regulation and personal growth initiative. The results showed that self-regulation, personal growth initiative was significantly negatively correlated with learning burnout and negative mental health, and was significantly positively correlated with positive mental health. Self-regulation and personal growth initiative partially mediated the impact of learning burnout to positive mental health, and the path of personal growth initiative as the main path. Learning burnout and negative mental health model of self-regulation path is not significant, can not function alone, only in the role of personal growth initiative can play a role.In summary, the study obtains the following conclusions.1. The learning burnout is prevalent in college students, and positive mental health is good, but the negative mental health positive screening is higher.2. The completely mental health model is appropriate in student population.3. In the model of learning burnout influencing completely mental health, the path of negative and positive mental health is different. Self-regulation and personal growth initiative plays a mediating role in influencing of learning burnout and positive mental health, and for the main role in the path, and personal growth initiative can affect self-regulation. But in its influence on negative mental health, the path of the self-regulation is not significant, it need to work through the influence of the personal growth initiative. |
