Research On Music Editorial Work In The Music Festival

This paper attempts to summarize music editing and behaviors to analyze the cultural behaviors of the music editorial work, its concepts, study objects, patterns, its status and functions in the process of communication. The thesis is to apply methodology of musicology to study construction of music and cultural system. Taking the process of the music editorial work as the main clues such as topic selection and planning, rehearsal and performance, processing and production, the musical arrangements and broadcast, releases and feedback, it demonstrates an important impact on the general and special functions in the music editorial work. The author explains the phenomenon of the current music festivals by mean of examples such as the CCTV Spring Festival Party, 2008 Olympics Beijing Opening Ceremony, Beijing Traditional Music Festival, Beijing Modern Music Festival. The author studies the evolution law of the social and cultural knowledge, and also evaluates the music editorial work in these festivals from the perspective of sociology, ethics and development of musical editing. Given all this,the author incorporates the music editorial work as core topics along with the music scientific system, and makes evaluation and reflection objectively to the music editing standard of value.
