Within the perspective of YiLi(义例),this essay starts by targeting "Gong Yang Zhuan" and "Gu Liang Zhuan" from Duke Yin(隐公)(722 BCE) and coming down to the the third Year of Yin" the full text of comparation and explores the similarities and differences setter YiLi, which results to differences and similarities of Gongyang and Guliang’s exegetical way, exegetical language and ideological understanding. The goal is to provide some basic results to this research field of "Gong Yang Zhuan" and "Gu Liang Zhuan"."Gong Yang Zhuan" and "Gu Liang Zhuan" from the Han Dynasty began to explain the Spring and Autumn Annals(春秋).As a starting point, people who study the Spring and Autumn Annals.must participate in these two books. In fact, the process of "Gong Yang Zhuan" and "Gu Liang zhuan" transfering the exegesis meanings is also an elucidation of YiLi, and also a history of injecting new ideas.In order to compare the similarities and differences between "Gong Yang Zhuan" and "Gu Liang Zhuan", restore the original appearance of these two books, we have to break down the Superposed Interpretation on them. Second, This essay also explore the interpretation of the views on ZhengXuan’s saying "GuLiang is good at Noting by" and Yangshi Xun’s saying "GuLiang explores the meaning of scripture by talking about the routines".third, the great disparity of the academic standing of "Gong Yang Zhuan" and "Gu Liang Zhuan" may release to the content of the two books, As it said, Gong Yang Zhuan expressed both Weiyan and Dayi, Gu Liang Zhuan expressed only Dayi.
