The Study About Significances That Cultural Auditorium Construction Influences The Rural Social Order Reconstruction

In 2013, the rural cultural auditorium construction started by CPC Zhejiang provincial committee and the provincial government, it is a major step and systems engineering of reconstructing rural cultural core value system and civilized order, of inheriting and advocating traditional cultural quintessence, of serving the future development of country, of promoting "soft power" in Zhejiang country. For the past few years, through comparing rural constructions in every province of China, the cultural auditorium construction in Zhejiang villages, is a sample and pattern of starting rural social order reconstruction in China, and a milestone of rural moral construction in Zhejiang. The cultural auditorium construction has its historical significance and realistic meanings.In more than two years, so many cultural auditoriums establish in Zhejiang villages, just like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. By the end of September 2015, according to incomplete statistics by Zhejiang provincial party committee propaganda department,3500 cultural auditoriums had been established in Zhejiang Province. Therefore, there is a problem should be noticed. The significances that cultural auditorium construction influences the rural social order reconstruction, get not enough attentions by social science researchers like rural Confucianism activity in Shandong Province do. However, the topic and project about cultural auditorium, is only one topic---philosophy and social sciences planning in Zhejiang Province 2014, and only one project----national deep foundation annual general project in 2015. In academic journals, except two master’s theses, it is rare to see papers researched about cultural auditorium construction in Zhejiang Province. In this regard, we believe that:If we want to make the cultural auditorium becomes a real "cultural landmark and spiritual home" in Zhejiang villages, want to keep fresh and energetic in sustainable development between population and environment, society, economy and culture, we have to make a summary of cultural auditorium construction’s processes, and do a research of significances that cultural auditorium construction influences the rural social order reconstruction. Furthermore, it is an important and urgent topic to research.This article, sets in rural social order anomie now, takes cultural auditorium in Yueqing city as an example, explores the significances that cultural auditorium construction influences the rural social order reconstruction. This article includes four parts. The first part includes, introduction, including the research background and significance of this article; the literature review at home and abroad; the demarcation and exposition of vital concepts in this article; theoretical basis of this article; the relation exposition between public space and the rural social order; research contents, method and technical routes in this article. The second part is cultural auditorium construction in Zhejiang Province, including the status quo and research situation. The main content of the research lies on the third part and fourth part. The third part is the rural cultural auditorium construction in Yueqing city. The necessity of cultural auditorium as a brand new public space, displays by the description of village public space in Yueqing city, comparing with the concrete changes in administrative village. Through the construction content of cultural auditorium, this article displays three sample results, including mechanism, financing and the auditorium culture, and gives a reference pattern for rural social order reconstruction in China. The fourth part is cultural auditorium and rural social order reconstruction. It displays cultural auditorium plays how important role in rural social order reconstruction. And from six aspects to elaborate:cultural auditorium and village public space, cultural auditorium and rural institutional and non-institutional norms, cultural auditorium ceremony and rural social order, promote the folk customs and rural social order, treat villager politely and rural social order, cultural auditorium administrative mechanism and rural social order reconstruction. On this basis, this article aims to constructing cultural auditorium into real "cultural landmark and spiritual home", and proposes establish and perfect cultural auditorium administrative mechanism, motivate the society, Let culture hall become the spiritual home of the villagers self-construction.
