| At present, the doctor-patient relationship has become increasingly tense, it also affect deeply nursing school students. Most of the nursing students are girls. They are faced with multiple pressures, such as love, learning, employment and future work. Under these pressures, they are prone to depression, anxiety, fatigue, and somatic symptoms. Furthermore the love psychological stress(LPS) is particularly prominent. Therefore, it is very important to investigate the status of the LPS in medical nursing undergraduate girls, to explore the relationship between the LPS, coping style and mental health.The purposes of this research were to investigate the status of LPS and explore the relationship between LPS, coping style and mental health in the medical nursing undergraduate girls. 400 medical nursing undergraduate girls were investigated by using of College Students Love Psychological Stress Source Scale(CSLPSS), Simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ) and Chinese College Students Mental Health Scale(CCSMHS). The statistical software SPSS 20.0 and M-plus 7.0 were used to analysize the data. The results were showed as following.(1) The total score of LPS of the medical nursing undergraduate girls was 62.42,is normal.(2) There were significant differences about the total scores of the LPS, the ability and the value tendency of medical nursing undergraduate girls in the aspect of the source area of students.(3) There was a significant positive correlation among the dimensions of mental health in medical nursing undergraduate girls. The style of positive coping was negatively related to the dimensions of mental health. The the style of negative coping was positivly related to the dimensions of mental health. The LPS was positively related to other dimensions of mental health except the positive coping style.(4) The style of negative coping played partly an intermediary role between the LPS and the mental health in medical nursing undergraduate girls.Under the conditions of this study, the conclusions were showed as following.(1) At present, the levels of LPS and mental health in medical nursing undergraduate girls are normal.(2) The LPS of medical nursing undergraduate girls from the countryside is higher than it of medical nursing undergraduate girls from the city.(3) The LPS and the positive coping style were positivly related to the mental health.(4) The negative coping style played an intermediary role between the LPS and the mental health in medical nursing undergraduate girls. |
