Research On Contemporary Values Of Northern Shaanxi Folk Art From The Cultural Ecological Perspective

Northern Shaanxi folk art is a precious cultural heritage of national culture in the traditional Chinese culture. The yellow land has raised the folk arts with northern Shaanxi cultural characteristics. They are rooted in the rich cultural soil, become the spirit flame for Northern Shaanxi people to multiply, thrive and prosper, and enable Northern Shaanxi people to leave the permanent historical culture on this land. In the process, Northern Shaanxi folk art has its unique charm, which exhibits the precious contemporary values.In traditional Chinese culture, the most active, the most ordinary and the most universal art form is the folk art. Being called the "living fossil" of the national culture and traditional culture, the folk art is an important part and form of the folk culture. This paper makes analysis and researches from the Cultural Ecological perspective, and mainly studies the following parts:The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the research objectives and significance of this paper, defines the research object and concept, makes in-depth analysis for the ecological cultural theory as well as the current situation and issues of northern Shaanxi folk art, obtains the contemporary values of northern Shaanxi folk art from the ecological and cultural perspective, and proposes the future prospect of northern Shaanxi folk art. In recent years, more and more attention is paid to the study of folk art, and thus research achievements and results are obtained. Based on previous research results, this paper adopts the anthropological and sociological theories, follows the field investigation and research data, takes "Nature-Man-Society" as the context, and further studies the contemporary values of northern Shaanxi folk art.The second part is the cultural ecological theory, which mainly describes that the harmonious culture ecology needs the balanced, orderly and systematic development of man, nature and society. This part illustrates the contemporary values of northern Shaanxi folk art from the cultural ecological perspective, which is reflected in the cultural phenomena, cultural resources and cultural achievements as well as these cultural behaviors and cultural resources’ social context, including the structural level and the structural state.The third part is the current situation of northern Shaanxi folk art. This part mainly analyzes the main inheritance body, art class, current situation of cultural protection and the influences of social environmental transformation in accordance with the field investigation, better understands the current state of northern Shaanxi folk art, gets the core, and analyzes the problems. This part aims to explore the current situation, issues and diversified values of northern Shaanxi folk art.The fourth part is the contemporary values of northern Shaanxi folk art from the cultural ecological perspective, which aims to study northern Shaanxi folk art’s role and values in the cultural ecological research, digs the contemporary values of northern Shaanxi folk art from the historical, ethical, social and aesthetic values, and reflects the significance of northern Shaanxi folk art.In the fifth part is the future prospect of northern Shaanxi folk art from the cultural ecological perspective, which is the last chapter of this paper. This part aims to propose opinions and suggestions towards northern Shaanxi folk art through the above analysis. As a result, northern Shaanxi folk art creates the spiritual environment, inspires the cultural values, carries people’s faith, spread the moral ethics, enriches the local culture, expands the brand influences, develops the cultural industry, and promotes social development.
