Historically, Heilongjiang region has always been a place inhabited by ethnic minorities, The Han nationality is a little. Since the Jin Dynasty, a large number of Han Chinese began to move here. After the establishment of the Qing Dynasty, the northeast region of China implemented a ban of up to 200 years.To the latter stage of Qing Dynasty, the Qing government implemented the “new deal”, the Northeast began to lift the ban, Heilongjiang region “Recruiting people to reclaim”, “Immigration solid edge”. After the migration and development of Qing Dynasty, The Republic of China and Manchukuo period, Heilongjiang province gradually embarked on the path of integration with the Mainland and the modern development has laid a historical pattern. But the arrival of large numbers of immigrants and irrational reclamation will inevitably have a negative impact, clusters of a large number of social problems, ecological and environmental issues. This allows us to have to re-examine the interactive relationship between the immigration development, regional social and ecological environment change.This article mainly conducts the research from the following four aspects:The First Chapter: In this chapter, based on the brief discussion on the Heilongjiang regional history, residents and population, investigated the immigration status and migration characteristics of before Qing Dynasty in Heilongjiang area, to clarify the historical features and immigration cases before Qing Dynasty in Heilongjiang region.The Second Chapter: The Overview of Immigration in Heilongjiang Area from 1644 to 1945. This chapter focuses on investigated the migration process of Heilongjiang area in three different historical periods, include Qing Dynasty, The Republic of China and Manchukuo period, and briefly discussed the migration characteristics of the three historical periods, then sketched out the basic appearance of the Emigration Movement in Heilongjiang area.The Third Chapter: The Investigation of Migration Dynamic in Heilongjiang Region. After a macro on the comb in Heilongjiang area of the immigration process, this chapter describes the micro-level steering immigrants to their own circumstances to inspect. Mainly includes the external characteristics of immigrants(The source, migration routes, spatial distribution), internal structure(sex, age, occupation), immigrants living conditions, etc.The Fourth Chapter: The Historical Influence of Heilongjiang Area Immigrants. Immigration history exert a far-reaching influence on the history of Heilongjiang area, immigrants played a significant role in the development of Heilongjiang, enrich the frontier, consolidating national defense, promote national integration and the progress of civilization. However, integration also had a tremendous negative impact. For example, the social aspect: a serious imbalance in sex ratio, rampant banditry, smoking, gambling, prostitution flooding, human trafficking; the ecological environment aspects: the waste of land resources, forest destruction, wild species disappeared, frequent natural disasters, and so on.In summary, Immigrants have played an important role in the history of Heilongjiang area, but immigration has also brought negative effects.Today in the rapid development of "The tide of migrant workers", the government should take history as a mirror, to reduce the negative effects of population migration to the lowest degree, Organized, planned development, to promote the harmonious development of man, nature and society.
