College Students’ Vocational Values, The Relationship Between Professional Commitment And Learning Research

Taking college students as the research object, on college students’ career values, professional commitment and learning into a questionnaire, and on the basis of analysis of variance, after inspection, the mediation effect of statistical methods, such as the comprehensive and in-depth analysis.College students’ career values, professional commitment and learning into the results of the study are as follows: first, hygiene factors and self development in college students’ vocational values higher scores two dimensions, dimension scores had a lower position and prestige. The higher the school level, hygiene factors in the occupational values of the college students in the school score higher. Freshman and senior student’s level is higher than the sophomore and the junior vocational values. Second, college students in the professional commitment of normative commitment and continuance commitment dimension score is higher, low affective commitment and ideal commitment scores. From 211 and 985 college students’ professional commitment level higher than that of ordinary college students. Urban students than rural students of the students’ professional commitment level is relatively higher. Finally, the college students’ overall learning investment level is not high, but the higher the level of the school, the school students’ learning input level is higher.College students’ career values, professional commitment and learning into relationship closely. First of all, the professional values of learning into the influence of was done through the role of the intermediary professional commitment; Second, the professional values of learning into positive prediction function; Finally, professional commitment to learning into a positive prediction function.On the basis of questionnaire and the statistics analysis, put forward the following Suggestions:I. Guided by the socialist core values, society, schools and families should be committed to promote and encourage students to set up the noble occupational values; College students should have the courage to bear, disciplined, distinguish between right and wrong, correct their wrong values.II.Enterprise students should be provided more opportunities for internships and professional field; Schools in the teaching process to help students to establish their own professional goals, inspire, guide the student to study hard professional knowledge, improve their professional skills, stick to their own professional, with a positive and optimistic attitude in the face of employment.III. The school should strengthen the construction of teachers strength, increased interest in teaching and practice, to improve students’ learning status; Calls for college students themselves should establish long-term learning goals, find the learning direction, cultivate interest in learning, efforts to study hard.
