Since from1986 to now, the lawful education has conducted about 30 years. China’s legal construction continues to make breakthroughs and the legal environment is ever-changing and improving. What’s more, people’s legal awareness has been greatly improved. With the further deepening of legal education, some problems have appeared. Such as single model of legal education, low public enthusiasm as well as law education effectiveness and so forth. However, since the 21th century, the mid-1910s, along with advances in media technology, the worldwide film and television industry has been considerable development, which provides a lot of new growth point for the excavation and legal education. Therefore, under the new historical circumstances, whether legal education can seize the opportunity of scientific and technological revolution, achieving a new significant leap is an important issue placed in the domestic scholars and policy-makers.This article focus on the widely accepted and loved of "law-related film and television drama" by means of communication for the masses and combined with its characteristics in legal education among the work, providing a set of solutions of law-related film and television drama in realistic conditions by means of analyzing its positive impact on the course of the lawful education and negative aspects.The paper is divided into four parts:Part One concludes the lawful education functions through defining the connotation and analyzing the characteristic of the law-related film and television drama. Comparing with school lawful education, website lawful education and columns of legal education, it has further summarized the features, advantages and other forms of collaborative modes in legal education. Part Two analyzes the positive and negative effects of lawful education. Part Three elaborates various reasons for the negative effects of lawful education from the point of TV drama creators’quality, the audience targeting and regulatory aspects. After some analysis and practical experiences, Part Four provides a set of systematic solutions for TV drama creators’quality, the audience targeting and regulatory aspects, which include positive spread performance mechanism of creation, dissemination and oversight mechanisms.
