This research studies the official titles in White History of Ten Good Deed, one of valuable works of Mongolians, from the historical linguistics angle. Historical linguistics refers to the study of some words’ semantic change under different historical background, medium and method. The paper consists of four parts, including Introduction, Chapter one, Chapter two and Conclusion. In introduction part, the researcher illustrates research purpose, research significance, research method, and reviews the research status of White History. In Chapter one, firstly, the official titles appeared in White History are classified into two groups that of religious system and political system, and researcher explains those official titles one by one. Next, titles of those officials who in charge of ritual sacrifice to Sakyamuni Buddha and Genghis Khan are pointed out respectively, and briefly explained. In Chapter two, through the study of official titles in White History, the research demonstrates the semantic change of those titles, and to certain extent, it reflects the change of political ideology of Mongolian society in that time. The Conclusion part summarizes the main content, and puts forward the discussion to the problem failed to solve. Lastly, the bibliography is affixed.
