Since the myth ages, humans has been obsessed with the achievements of creation. The birth of robot means that humans has broken the myth of creation, while science ficition films make the vision into the reality and surreal. In the movies, humans image fantasy forms and super ability of robots, which may be a slaves for humans, helper, or even some against power of human. The imagination of humans make the symbiosis of humans and robots possible. And the relationship with the robot almost become the core in every robot science ficition film. The construction of identity relationship subject to existing practices and beliefs, which needs the subject and object to develop a close relationship. In the fiction films, the robots has been existed in all aspects of human life, and it is possible for us to discuss the identity relationship between humans and robots.In the movies, the identification of robots from humans, first all of all, reflected in the construction of the robot body. From humanoid robot to the cyborg, which has broken through the physical limitations, the robot’s body is kind of given object. Shaping the robot body, is a process of interference self-identity, in order to make up for their own physical limits. Then, Asimov’s Three Laws define the moral law between man and robots, and most science fiction movies follows the Asimov’s Laws. But it highly dependens on the force of reason. In AI films, we have seen the limits of three laws. In I, Robot and such films, the barriers of three laws have been break through. Theron in "The Matrix" even identity himself to the machine world.In this paper, I’ll discuss the human identity from robot, and mainly research eagerness of robot to be one when they are in human life. But look back forward to the film text, the chances are very slim for an evil robot to be a human, while it may be more easier for a kind-hearted robot to be a human. The films image the identity dilemma of robots, in fact, it reflects the ethical dilemma of humans in modern society.Science fiction films to explore the identity relationship between the human and robot again and again, in order to explore the identity problems of human’s own. By torturing the meaning of life and death with robots, it is human to find their own existence.
