The world-history is a history of civilization, and a history of exchanges between different cultures. In the context of economic globalization and information-networking, the relationship between culture and foreign affairs increasingly tight, different nation cultures blend with each other, and form a whole world civilization. With the world multi-polarization, in the competition of the comprehensive national strength, the status and function of the cultural soft power grows more prominent. To enhance the cultural soft power, enhance the international influence of the Chinese culture is more and more urgent, cultural diplomacy and political diplomacy, military diplomacy, economic diplomacy, plays a good role. And cultural output is a stretching of sustainable development process, compare with currently speed of integration of diverse cultures in the world, China in the practice and theory of slightly is a little bit weak. The essay studies the current situation of the exportation of Chinese culture and the Sino-western cultural intercommunication, in order to find out and make some suggestions on the strategy of Chinese cultural exportation. By strengthening the macro-management, and taking a translation based-multiple channels active exportation strategy, to arouse national cultural confidence and cultural consciousness under the One Belt and One Road; then to enhance the international influence of the Chinese culture, and providing an effective theoretical support for the shaping of the peaceful rise of China’s image, and promoting the world multicultural blending and overall balance.
