Textbook, as the represent of overall plan and evidence of class teaching, plays an important role in the four steps of whole teaching process of Chinese to foreigners.The stand or fall of teaching materials and teaching quality has a direct relationship. At the same time in four skills of "listen" "say" and "reading" "writing", "hear" is undoubtedly the first point of contact skills, for any second language, learning starts with "hear". Teaching Chinese as a foreign language is generally follow the teaching principle of leading hear, read and write to keep up with. There is no doubt that the hearing textbook very important for teaching Chinese as a foreign languageAt this stage, however, the listening teaching Chinese as a foreign language is not much, listening for the primary stage of teaching material is also rare, led to the investigations of the hearing teaching material are less. In addition, some of the important contents for the hearing teaching material such as corpus, speed and length, has not a word. Because most of the teachers generally reflect the listening class efficiency is not high, students think listening course is boring and learn to be less than effective.In this paper, based on the basic theory of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, reference at the primary stage of Chinese as a foreign language textbook writing principles, the methods of comparative analysis, questionnaire, for "Building Chinese Language through Listening and Speaking" and "Development -Chinese Elementary Listening Material" from vocabulary, and practice of comprehensive contrast, and made accurate statistics and analysis for the questionnaire, so as to teaching Chinese as a foreign language primary hearing and Suggestions for the junior listening teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Finally, I hope, in the future, this article can provide some reference and inspiration for hearing teaching textbook.
